Not bad

Was my #1 choice. He will maintain our ZBS, plus I like what he does /w the passing game.

Added bonus: I bet he has less desire to become a HC again if he succeeds.

There's an actual chance that he won't be looking for a HC job (or get a look for one) next season, happy days.

Everyone knew Gase just wanted a stepping-stone to being a HC. He will definitely earn it if he develops the Jags' offense.

Without a doubt, but the more i hear about Trestman, the more i like this hire.
Yes Bears fans are slating him for abandoning the run game, but at least in Baltimore he'll have Harbaugh to make sure that we don't do that.

Well, that went better than expected.

Next season will be so enjoyable

Bears had a terrible O-line though. No push in the running game. Meanwhile they had a defense that was forcing them to throw to keep up.

I hope Trestman can develop our passing game. Maybe Ozzie will target a big WR in the draft like Bmarsh or Alshon

Maybe some Jaelen Strong
