Doug Marrone pulled out of his interview with Denver..
So who's going to be our next OC?

Kyle Shanahan

Or more realistically, an unexciting in-house promotion of some guy who sucks, as is the Harbaugh way.

Seen loads of people say that we should try and promote Dennison, see if we can convince him to stay in Baltimore rather than go with Kubiak.

Seems to me he would have the same OC position in Denver anyway

Most likely, but perhaps you could convince him that staying with Flacco and a strong o-line is a better opportunity for him than a desperate Manning in his final hours?
Who knows, we can hope right?

The only thing I could see would be if Dennison wants to escape the shadow of Kubiak and make a name for himself as a good OC.

Being a coach on the Ravens is a pretty reliable gateway to being a HC, after all

Ravens OC Gary Kubiak plans to take Broncos HC job if it is offered to him, per sources. Kubiak is believed to be Denver's No. 1 head-coaching candidate, so now it will be up to both sides, Kubiak and the Broncos, to share their football philosophies and reach an agreement when they meet today in Houston, where Kubiak lives. However, no announcement of any deal Is expected until Tuesday, after today's conference championship games and after Monday's Martin Luther King holiday. But all signs now point to Kubiak being named Broncos head coach Tuesday.

Gary Kubiak has agreed to become the head coach of the Denver Broncos, per league source.
