I've actually not really tried too many fancy cheeses. I'm pretty standard, I eat american, provolone, and pepperjack most often.

Love pepperjack. Get a burger w/ some good bleu cheese, god damn is that good.

they sell it in Sams i know, walmart has the crappier version of it but try to find it in sams in a black case, not the clear one
