Seeing isn't necessarily understanding. Why the hell did you miss two games?

had me dying haha
On my phone so too lazy to quote the last page but here are my thoughts:
I do believe it was wise drafting Easley. The media overplays knee injuries and they are not always career ending. They can also be completely different from person to person, so I'm sure the team doctors gave Easley the OK to the front office. DT was much needed, with Wilfork aging. Young talent resting and learning will only benefit a team more in the future.
I agree that drafting a RB early in the draft is a serious risk. Nobody can really tell how they will transition into the NFL. Ridley was drafted to be a work horse (in a Patriots style team, nothing like Murray) and Vereen filled the 3DRB void that Kevin Faulk left. We have tremendous depth at RB now so I don't see it as a priority in this years draft.
WR can be similar to RB in drafts, a little safer though imo. This years class is one of the greatest all time, but I believe we tried to get already established talent such as Amendola, and his price tag stopped us from drafting WR. Dobson has been meh, and it doesn't matter that I thought Thompkins was better because he's gone now. With Edelman and LaFell performing, it makes me wonder. We could use a solid young talent to go get the deep ball.
From what I've seen this year, I think DL is still an area of concern. Pass rush... OL has transformed greatly but I wouldn't be surprised to see an early pick there. LB has been torched by injuries but we picked up some great FAs to manage. Maybe a LB or Safety will be drafted. Not that McCourty is bad but he will want big money. Chung is moreso where I see competition for the position starting. We have a solid team and if we stay healthy, it can only be strengthened by draft picks, as opposed to needed picks to fill in vacancies.
