I feel like I saw several missed TFL from Mathews last season. Last night was a reminder of that. I could be mistaken

Missed TFL and over-pursuit are Clay's MO. Always been that way. It's just that in his prime he was able to make plays more often so nobody called him out on it.

Its sad really cuz he does seem to have a clear big play and then a scrawny Qb can slip him and convert. Sad because his heart and effort are there... also he obviously has the strength so, I wonder why
