Torrey has had a problem with that before. I specifically remember a similar play on a deep ball vs Atl, where Torrey did nothing to help stop the INT. That's one reason why he will only ever be a #2: no fight for the ball.

Still, though, Flacco should never make that throw: safety over the top, CB underneath. That's football 101. There will probably be more "lolFlacco" than you can shake a stick at, but few QBs would have even had us in the game until that point in the first place.

Absolutely do NOT want Funchess, regardless of whether it's as a WR or TE. Do not want a guy who struggles to catch simple passes as he does. He also seems to struggle more than he should against solo coverage from smaller DBs.

Also not high on Agholor. Maybe it's the stigma that comes with being a #1 at USC, but he just doesn't have impressive hands when I watched him. Great after the catch, but we need a reliable chain-mover.

Parker > Cooper > White > Strong imo. The rest is kind of a toss-up, although I anticipate Coates and maybe even Diggs lighting up the combine. Parker is the best fit for what we need, but Strong is a very fair compromise if he's there for us.

I wish draftbreakdown didn't have only HD videos now. My shitty internet takes forever to load it -_-

Not sure about Hill, but I think they get him back. His drug history will keep prices reasonable, plus lets be real: he is good, but not like top-10 at his position or anything. The need for FS is dire. (I thought I read before Hill was a RFA, but I guess not)
Forsett probably won't get that much money, considering his age and the stigma of being a Kubiak system RB.
McPhee will follow Redding/Kruger/Ellerbe/Jones as our next big gift to NFL free-agency
Pitta said he was going to try to come back, meaning his signing bonus will at least be spread out across 2 years rather than 1. OD will probably sign for cheap if they want him back.
I think Ngata might actually be back. His suspension hurt what he will command, he has an knack for accruing nagging injuries, and he's getting older. Plus he has been a Raven his whole life.
Webb will be back. The need at CB is bad enough, and they would only save 2 mil by cutting him.
Yanda could be extended. He took a team-friendly deal back when him and Grubbs were FAs. He'll probably do it again.

I'm hoping they sign someone who will beat Bernard Pierce and Matt Elam out for a roster spot over next year's training camp.

anyway, sorry for the tldr, but this was a nice vent for me :)

Come on man, I don't go into other fans' threads and do this when we beat them.

You guys won, let us heal.

Lol, I watched Maxx Williams hurdle 2 dudes on one play vs Mizzou in a bowl game.

O'leary reminds me of OD actually. He gets a lot of comparisons to Dallas Clark, but that's just because they're both white and don't wear gloves. O'leary can actually block some

Clive Walford is a TE I like a lot. He reminds me of Dwayne Allen almost exactly. Very good value if he is there in the 3rd like Allen (although given the lack of TE talent this draft, maybe a late 2nd)

Pretty much the only thing i've been able to find about him as well, lol.
A guy from a danish NFL site calls him the ''by far'' best TE in this draft tho, but i have no idea how much i should listen to him.

New England has the most professional offense I have ever seen in my entire life. And they gameplanned against us really well. They recognized our formidable pass rush and countered it with short throw after short throw. Did Tom throw a ball farther than 15 yards all game? Maybe one or two. They were able to beat us before the snap, with their intelligent formations and audibles by Tom.

Honestly, who can stop that offense? Maybe Seattle.

Anyway, I'm frustrated now, but I know ten years down the line I'll remember these contests vs. New England fondly.

One major qualm: the 1st and 5 we had in the waning moments in the game. No run? Really?

And why would Joe go for the endzone. If we scored, there would still be 1:40 on the clock and Brady would have had 2 TOs to get into field goal range. Odd decision.
