Lol.  Listening to local sports radio today they brought up a great point that is the last time the ravens and the pats faced off in the postseason, out of the top 10 ravens tacklers in that game, they (the ravens) now only have 2 of those players left (suggs and ngata) on their 2014-15 roster.  This ravens d is totally different so you really can't compare and that img. you posted should not make you feel any better.  Good luck ravens!

to be fair, we replenished our D with a lot of good young blood

e.g., McPhee, Dumervil, Mosley

Dumervil now leads the team in sacks and Mosley is a favorite for DROY.

Then, again our secondary is missing Hall of Famer Reed and Patriot killer Pollard and will have to contend with a healthy Gronk.

Also, when Pollard knocked your running back out last AFC Champ game, that pretty much sealed it for us. Things will be different this time with your two healthy running backs.

All that being said, I believe this game will come down to the effectiveness of our pass rush.

You can't really take much from the efforts of past teams. You're referencing teams that had different offensive and defensive coordinators and vastly changed rosters and trying to compare them to the present.

You know we were the last team they wanted.

Were so good at Victorias Secret field.

Agreed. The game will come down to how well the pats o-line plays. Im most worried about suggs and dumervil. Suggs already had a dirty hit on lagarette blount earlier in the year when he was on the steelers. Hopefully he doesnt do anything dirty/stupid this game lol. Hes great player obviously i just have little to no respect for him

Since when is hitting a RB in the hip considered dirty? This one bothers me, he got fined for that and he shouldn't have. It looked dirty (when I saw it live I went OH SHIT), but on the replay you can clearly see he hit him right on the hip. If you're trying to force a running back down from behind (he had been pushed past Rapistberger), you hit them as low as you can.

I'm not saying Sizzle wouldn't cheap shot the fuck out of somebody he doesn't like (he would, and I'm totally ok with that), but that wasn't a cheap shot.

Lol definitely not close to the dirtiest hit ive seen BUT if i remember correctly he lead 100% with his helmet and blount was already wrapped up in a pile not going anywhere and suggs decides to lower his helmet and charge blount... really? Cant remember if the whistle was blown before suggs made contact but it wouldn't surprise me if it was

Whistle wasn't blown, and with Blount contact doesn't mean much.

Plus legally you're aloud to hit anyone as long as they're not ruled down, and seeing how football is a sport where you want to punish people and make them afraid for future touches I woulda' hit him too.
