I have never once yelled or gotten mad at a customer service rep or a company until today. i feel bad because i knew it wasn't her fault but still ridiculous. They didn't have my normal size (12.5 shoe - big feet no big deal) so I ordered a size down and got the size 12s, whatever. My friend received his pair like a week ago and I was patiently waiting and decided to check the tracking and found out it was never shipped. Call Finishline and they say that my order was never shipped because it sold out and that I can't change sizes because all sizes are sold out. So I went OFF on this lady - not because the shoe was sold out but because A) They didn't at all notify me to let me know that I wasn't getting them, B) They charged my card for the shoes AND shipping, C) It's a one-time release and the fucking re-sellers are selling it for $50+ more.

That blows though, will they at least refund your card? Or whatever payment used?
