Cam was better than both Darnold and Teddy when he was with the Patriots last year and everyone talked about how bad he played. He had worse weapons and still outplayed both Teddy last year and Darnold this year, again with a weaker supporting cast. He will undoubtedly be better than both of them at the very least. At the most? Who knows. All I know is it gives me more hope to see Cam return and give it his best shot than Sam fucking Darnold shitting the bed every game

Darnold looked like he was doing pretty well for the first 3 games
I didn't watch cams pats games so I'll just take Ur word for it

His two games post covid (weeks 5 & 6) were atrocious..0 tds and 5 INTs Weeks 6-16 he had like 15 total tds and 3 ints. Not amazing but not bad w/ what he had to work with.

I'm just saying his return should at least give Panthers fans some hope. We just need a solid QB to compliment the defense, the last two QBs we've had have been train wrecks and we traded a good bit of draft capital for Darnold.

This QB draft class looks weak so the chances of us getting one early prob won't happen, we don't have a 2nd or 4th rounder...and I'm not sure how many more losing seasons Tepper is willing to sit through.

Cam's our best chance and when he starts winning games nothing else will matter
