Offense looked a lot more complete this week and outside two disgusting bombs, where our secondary just gave up, our defense looked great too. I'm optimistic for sure, but Baltimore is still terrifying.

I was so pumped we established a run game! I was fuming at Rex early on, ready to bench him for the next millennium, but he ran hard. Even Sony ran hard! He was falling forwards for the first time all year! Jules has some uncharacteristic (although becoming more common as of late) drops and flags in pretty crucial spots. I’m not counting that pick play, that was a terrible call. But it was a promising offensive performance. Let’s keep it rolling.

What are we trying to get out of not sending back a PR lately? I think I like it. Oh yea - just remembered - why did we enforce the late unsportsmanlike conduct after the TD onto the kickoff if we just touchbacked anyways? Lord knows our kicker could use the extra boost for the XP haha. Although that 52 yarder was impressive.

Awwwwwww yeaaaaaaaaa!

The vibe around this team right now awful reminiscent of 2014. That year, the Broncos were clearly a better team. We ended up losing the AFCCG in Denver in a game that never really felt competitive, but the loss didn't really sting. It was clear that the Pats were a 2nd tier team.

If we end up losing the AFCCG in Baltimore this year, it will feel like that's what this team deserves. It was a down year, no question about it. The team was depleted in a lot of areas.

Just don’t count the pats out, ever. Baltimore is good. we
Made mistakes against them that we hardly ever do. John harbaugh coached teams make mistakes, and they will make mistakes against us in the playoffs if we can get there. I’ll take the pats every time if we are betting on who will make less mistakes. I think bill will have a far better plan for LJ next time.

I know what you mean and I would agree with you if the game was in NE. Billy Cundiff's missed kick in 2012 happen in NE. Brady is 3-3 in AFCCGs on the road (6-0 at home).

It's a tough pill for fans to swallow, but the reality is that when Brady plays playoff road games, he is actually subject to the laws of physics.

Im just as nervous as the next guy, I wish we saw a little better of an offense last night, one that can lay it to baltimore. But I think we got the edge in coaching, hopefully the browns can play a whole 60 minutes against the ravens and make lamar play the whole thing. I can swallow the pill of us being all done, but im just not yet cause it aint there. Seeing what jules did against the bills was a big step. If he can create a tiny bit of separation, Brady can still pound that thing in there like last night

I don't think there's a reason to be nervous. The team is coming off 3 straight trips to the SB. A "down year" for the Belichick (13-3 with loss in the AFCCG) would be enough for most other coaches to get a statue built outside the stadium. As fans, we should be ok with the fact that Brady only makes the SB half the time.

Tom Brady was 11/13 for 132 yards and a TD against the blitz Saturday. Credit to the receivers for (finally) adjusting too.
