goldeneye was the most fun ive ever had playing a game. Like, it was more fun than mario kart AND smash. That being said, it's atrocious to try and play it today. The game simply doesn't hold up. It will forever have a special place in my heart though, never had more fun with a video game :(

so when it came out i think i was like 12? either way my brother was 17 and worked at blockbuster for his summer job. dude got 5 free rentals a week (5 days each) so we literally just had bond checked out the entire summer and would play it all night every night
