As much as I love hating on Dom, he didn't have the personnel to put together effective schemes for Atlanta or really any team for the bulk of this season. I put that on Ted Thompson. Ted's had a good run, but I'm ready to usher in the Eliot Wolf (or whoever) era. I hope that comes sooner rather than later.

Ted has had his struggles with defensive picks, but does any team have the personnel to overcome that many injuries in one group?

Not if they rest on their laurels in response to those injuries.

I wanna congratulate ya'll on a good fuckin season.

I personally think GB was outclassed by a lot of the teams they beat this year, but they got it done.

You guys should be proud that you overcame so much and got to the Championship game, it say's a lot about that team.

I agree, but I still think it's time to move on from Capers as well. We've been in the bottom half of the league in terms of defence for like 5+ years now, and any other team would have moved on from their DC by now but the front office has remained faithful to him. But it's time for a change imo.

New DC
Wolf to replace TT
I wouldn't be apposed to a new HC either (not taking a shot at MM-but I think a fresh start and new Xs and Os wouldn't hurt).

I'm fine with both Ted and Dom moving on. Tbh, I think it's mostly because we're super spoiled as Packers fans, and I'm just bored of only making the playoffs every year. I know most teams would kill for that, but I'm tired of it. Get close every year and get knocked out when our offense is finally unable to carry the team on its back for another game.

I'm not ever going to advocate doing anything like what the Giants did this year. They built a very solid defense, but mortgaged away their future to do so. Arod's not getting any younger though. Time to loosen the purse strings and put together a defense that can hold a playoff team under 30 points.
