Kind of sucks but in reality he was only going to get so many chances as a rookies, he's better off healing up and continuing to learn the playbook.
I'm a little concerned by Belichick's fast track of Stidham... I really don't want to see the same bullshit of Belichick trying to replace Brady, you're winning super bowls with him and you have Stidham on a rookie deal that you could let him sit behind Brady for and THEN replace Brady, maybe in that last year of the Stidham deal and he'll also be motivated to earn a massive extension. I don't understand and hopes it's not the case that Belichick keeps poking Brady until he leaves or retires before he intended, Stidham has been way to overhyped so far and he's far from being ready to replace Brady. I also think Brady is the one player that really deserves to be done right by the organization, especially as long as they're still making the playoffs and winning the division every year. Unless of course they actually get like a Steve Young / Aaron Rodgers type replacement, that's the only situation where it makes sense.
