how rigged is this trade?

i'm hurting at TE (starting brandon myers) and my RB's are Foster, Forte, Miller, Lacy, Bell, Mcgahee

i countered with my lacy and steve johnson for his olsen and marcus colston (it's a PPR league) so hopefully he takes that. gives me a better wr, even though they both have 55 points in my league right now, and a new TE.

he should take it since his RB's are darryl richardson, roy helu, spiller and deangello williams

His response: "No I can't do that. Murray is top 5 rb this year and Antonio Brown has a nice schedule remaining plus he's ranked four among wrs right now"

My questions:
1. Is the trade I just gave a good trade for me? If not, why would he say no and if yes, how can I convince him to make this trade (What argument can I make?)
2. If this is not a good trade, what trade SHOULD I make him? Need to add to RB depth and he's looking to add WR depth.

he's not seeking a trade, whereas you are.. you're gonna have to do s/u Green vs Murray for him to accept

Did a pretty big trade in my big $$ league, had to do it, my 2nd WR is bad to have and my #1 should be a #2 or maybe even a flex. lol
