I like round numbers? plus it's more attractive to make 2nd place higher. best to make it look like your doubling or tripling your money if you enter. with bronze you wanna make it look worth your pay in is worth the cut... and added a worst team buy in payback for worst team for bronze only...to get the poor buzzins buzzin' an extra 1k for the 250 buy in. I was just playing with the calculator with buyins to make it sound what was attractive for the buyin vs payout. I mean when people are entering something new to play with new leagues you wanna make it look as simple and rounded out as possible so it looks simple and has the possibility to fill.

what i meant is why is gold/bronze 1st 5x but silver 1st is 6x
also gold 2nd is 3x and silver/bronze 2nd are 2x

why not 6x/2x for all , or 5x/2x with 8th getting their buyin back in all tiers
just seemed wierd to me to have different ratios when i saw it yesterday
