If rodgers wasn't so good to carry the team we could've had much better draft picks during Mccarthy last 5 years or so. Our team would've been able to contend much better in the big games and we'd prob have at least 1 more superbowl.

Better draft position so we can trade down anyway or just pick players we can't use to their talents. Hyde, Hayward and Randall all left and did great in a system that put them in a position that catered to their talents. Taysom Hill was a packer and no one could figure out what to do with him.
