Addendum to rules:

Everyone has access to waivers, but a day later than the Vampire. He'll be drafting last and only retired/unsigned/ded players and then acquiring players leftover after the draft. He has to make a call for the player he wants for that opponent by Wednesday of that week to thief after winning. Ex. Vamp calls for Andrew Luck, beats the team, takes Luck, but can't go after another QB the following week and the losing team gets a Vamp QB as compensation.

tl;dr

Trading and waivers are allowed for non-Vampires, but at a lower priority than the Vamp.

What's the point of having a vamp if you can just bench the player so he can't get him? Am I missing something?

Perhaps there is a way to incorporate both. Most of this will have to be done manually since ESPN is trash so it would be nice if we could keep things as simple as possible. Open to input.

Its easier to just let him take any 1 player that his opponent started.
