Cannon has a cap hit of $4.75 million in '16 and a dead cap hit of $1.07 million. Meaning,if the Patriots decide to cut Canon, the team would save $3.68 million. Is he worth that kind of money? Hell no. However, we will have to see what other options present themselves once free agency starts.
