i mean in all honesty, i would still get an apartment and a roommate after. houses are such an investment i just couldnt see myself getting one for a while. i watched my sister lose hers, and my brother struggle and work massive overtime to keep his.
im sure it's a great feeling, but i just dont want the stress that comes with it. i'd rather pay a small monthly bill and have less space. and yeah this kinda does depend where you live. im sure if you live in the middle of the country this sounds stupid to read.
Yea I live in a real rural country area in western Mass lol.
And this is just me, but I have a job opportunity right now that I'd be able to live comfortably around here with. Own my own home, have two cars, support a family etc.. But I'm too greedy. I want to make great money and most importantly I want to live closer to the city, either New York or Boston. So I don't want to take that job around here quite yet. Which is why I'm going back to school.
