That's how Halo was though, it's not really surprising that their PvP would be limited on weapons. Even in Cod you really only use like 2-4 weapons, it's really not that much different than most games.

Kinda. Halo had weapon spawns rather than everybody having them which is a big difference to me. I also feel like sniping is much easier in Destiny. I was horrible at it in Halo but have done well with it so far here.

You've probably just gotten better, sniping was much easier in Halo. The fact that you could jump up and no-scope people from across the map in Halo with 100% perfect accuracy was ridiculous. No-scoping in this game doesn't work for shit so far. The only good team we played I had trouble against when it came to using my Sniper, I felt like I had to pretty much always have my AR out to stand a chance. I got a couple pretty nice quick-scopes off but other than that I got rocked when I tried to snipe.

I thought they actually made sniping easier than any other team we played. They all sat behind cover with just their head sticking out, so it was pretty easy to drop them.

Those kids were a bitch to snipe for me, I've had way more luck with the bad kids who just run down the middle lane constantly lol. Tried TDM, I'm not a fan. I want to unlock the other modes already.

Bungie seems to care a lot about it. It's nice to see them constantly patching and putting so much work into a game. I can't remember the last time an effective company was in charge of a large release lol.

Pretty similar. I don't personally believe you should start with secondary ammo. I almost feel bad whenever I blow some randoms head off from the start of the map with my sniper.
