Allen, Mahomes, Burrow, Hurts, Herbert. Even more imo but everyone should agree they would rather have any of these 5 over Carr. (I saw the sarcasm in your post but others might not)
Only reason he was on jsp top 5 is the same reason Raiders had 8 votes for best team in NFL.
It's possible they cut and then re-sign for less money, that extension he got was as almost as absurd as Watson/Wilson but theirs is mostly guaranteed.
