I would have to say when healthy, Bills or Eagles and it pains me to say that since I'm a dolphins fan. Chiefs, Bengals, 49ers are up there too but 49ers lack a qb, Chiefs lost to Bills and Bengals, and Bengals well, still weak o-line and so-so defense.
