Colts also give Matt an OL for the first time in god knows how long.

That will make a big difference, productive year incoming. Just need some weapons outside of JT and TY

So this leaves Winston baker and garropolo at the top of the QB market…and only the saints, panthers and Seahawks needing a starting qb.

Mainly because the browns and ravens suffered from horrible qb play and the bengals only won the division by a couple games.
