well gruden has lots of great things to say about him, i know he does that with everyone but he had tons of praise for wentz. Favre has come out and has praised him a lot too. No one is saying that the eagles are superbowl bound because of Wentz, but for a rookie who was slated to be the third stringer this year and didnt play more than a half of preseason games is looking hella good. Browns, bears yea i know, but the kid is handling himself extremely well and us eagles fans are excited for the future.

Pretty much google Carson Wentz and you'll see National Media giving him major love all over. Kid has the #1 selling jersey in the league this season. It's fair to say he's feeling the love.

Carr also played behind THE worst offensive line in NFL history, and was hit so many times it's unreal. Keep in mind that was an expansion team too, they were god awful.

He owns the 1st and 3rd most times being sacked in a single season (2002 and 2005) and is the 50th most sacked QB of all time despite only starting for 5 years. It was historically bad.

In those 5 years David Carr was sacked 267 times.

In comparison Peyton manning has been sacked 270 times in 15 years.

Yes i know hes been doing solid and he looks to be a future qb. But when you over generalize and use statements like 'everyone', it gets old. And who cares what sports center says and what jersey philly fans are buying. Literally no one cares about that.
