Carson Wentz completed 21-of-34 passes for 190 yards, one touchdown, and no interceptions in the Eagles' 29-14, Week 2 win over the Bears.

The box-score stat line isn't anything to write home about, but Wentz looked terrific for the second-straight game to begin his career. His numbers should have been much better, but Jordan Matthews dropped a sure 35-yard touchdown at the end of the first half, and Nelson Agholor was unable to come down with a pass that would have gained at least 47 yards. Built like Andrew Luck, Wentz isn't scared to stare down the blitz and deliver passes when he knows he's going to get hit. He also made an incredible throw on the run as he moved to his left and threw to the right. There are throws he makes that other quarterbacks simply can not. His touchdown was a two-yard tight end screen to Trey Burton.

Did you watch the game? He was getting pressured all night, made some incredible throws, had a BEAUTIFUL touchdown throw that was dropped, another 45 yard bomb that was dropped....

Box score warrior for the win though, am i right? Wentz looked fantastic...

He's a rookie, he's going to have bumps, he's going to throw some interceptions, he's going to lose eventually. But from what we have seen so far, he gets an A on his report card as he has looked VERY good for a rookie starting his first 2 games.
