Treadwell is Boldin 2.0 IMO

Agree with this for his ceiling. Boldin was one of the best to ever play the role that he did but he was never that Calvin, Rice, Fitz, Moss, etc type of guy. Is that the kind of guy you can build a receiving corps around? Maybe if you get the perfect compliments but I'd rather see him be the compliment.

I just dont get how you think Treadwell is gonna be anything but a stud. I remember you saying you cant pick WRs to save your life but all you gotta do is open your eyes ;)

Yeah I'm ass when it comes to receivers but like I said above, he's not a #1 imo, he's an elite #2 compliment to an true #1 guy. He needs to go to Houston, Cincinnati, maybe Minny (depending on how Diggs continues to develop) so he can be that reliable possession guy and leave the big play, carry the team on your back stuff to someone else.

You really think Spence falls to the second round?

Aside from his issues he's the best pass rusher in the class.

IDK about that, but I think Noah is gonna' be a hell of a steal for some team. He's a good dude who got in trouble with drugs, but I think he already turned everything around. He's an intelligent, hard working guy.

Yeah, he's a classic "best #2 in the league", like Boldin for his entire career or Erick Decker.

I love tough guys with a predators mindset @ the WR position. Those guys can eat.

Who is a better pure pass rusher than Spence? Buckner? it's not Bosa.

Vikings aren't taking a DT at 23 if Corey Coleman is still available.
Vikings value Coleman over treadwell

Buckner probably could be if he adjusts his leverage.

Bosa is a far better pass rusher than Buckner is. Buckner isn't a pass rusher. He has some pass rush ability, but that's not really his game.

This is a very weak class as far as "Edge" rushers go. There's a lot of Left DEs (in a 4-3 front) in this draft, but that's about it. None of them are really your typical pass rushing RE tho. Even less guys fit at that 3-4 OLB rusher.

Spence is probably still the top of this weak class as far as Edge guys go. He didn't impress at the combine though and literally nobody went to his Pro Day. You could make an argument for Leonard Floyd, if he can keep adding some bulk and strength to his long frame.

A guy I'd love for my Jags to take a flyer on, in the 4th++ (ideally 5th+) rounds, would be Alex McCalister. He played behind Fowler at Florida and they're friends. McCalister is 6'6, 240 and has a 72'' wingspan. Dude has length for days. He also has the best bend around the edge of any pass rusher in this draft. He'll drop because of some injuries and off field issues this past year, but as a mid-late round developmental pass rusher. He could be a steal for somebody.
