To keep a guy who is as clueless as Caldwell and lose teryl Austin to a HC job proves the ineptitude of this organization. Austin turned this defense into a top 5 defense in his first year and even did a great job this year considering all of the losses on defense

Oakland finna make no coaching changes and hopefully crush the offseason again. Last two draft + FA periods have been preeeetty good for us.
