Mettenberger showed somehow that he could play last year, they really need some help on D, especially if they stick to their 3-4 set, (Their linebackers are really weak for pass rushing)

Fowler would be perfect for starting to build that 3-4

Regardless, they need major help on defense, so they can't really go wrong with either Fowler or Williams

Williams would be a waste of talent playing as a 2-gap 5-tech, just like Jurrell Casey(great player, half the sacks last year compared to 2013 because of the scheme change) is already for them.
