who cares? its his list... he runs his own list if you dont trust the list runner himself dont use it... make and start your own list and only add people you like to bet with and are trustworthy people

The issue really is that Ewok used the betting verbiage to make this donation.

I mean, he didn't have to say "cd" at all (I mean, it's a donation... who "cd" a donation?) and had he lost, which in this case he did, he would just simply donate the 100 fg or I guess he doesn't have to. That would be upto Ewok at that point.

Ewok even states that Ryan is free to bet whatever he wants, that Ewok is simply going to DONATE 100 FG IF a criteria is met.
Criteria was met, Ewok donated 16.50 fg, not 100 fg.

That's one way to look at it, the other is one person can be welched the other person can't. Imo not a bet.
