Because he is.  It's like how was Geno considered the best QB in that draft?  Will Winston go top 5?  I don't know, probably.  Would I ever draft him or Mariota in the top 5?  No fucking way.  There's one QB I'd draft top 5 this year and that's Sean Mannion.  There's only 1 other QB I'd draft top 10 and that's Garrett Grayson and then there's only 1 other QB I'd take in the first round and that's Mariota.

After that, there's a lot of blegh.  Look for Shawn Carden and Cody Fajardo as possible sleeper QB prospects.
