Considering the o line issues we had last year I'm impressed with these stats.

This was my first thought too. I figured the Bengals would be top 3. Did not expect the Giants, but hey they looked amazing last week so it kinda makes sense.

They don't do run blocking efficiency just a grade on run blocking.

Both. Neither. Whatever one you're asking. Run blocking efficiency stat doesn't exist on PFF. Run blocking grades are available for OLine as a whole and individual linemen. RBs have a general blocking grade.
