But I live in Ohio. I became a Raiders fan when I was like 10 watching them play on TV. Nobody in my family really followed Football so I wasn't pushed to root for the hometown team.
Me too. The fact that they were from Oakland didn't really factor in to my decision...I was young so I just thought the silver + black + logo looked cool. Been hooked for life.
Had a brief period when I was like 6 where I liked the 49ers because red was my favorite color, but that doesn't count.
My parents are both Packers/Broncos fans anyways so no influence from them on the decision. And I live in a 49ers area, so it's not like friends/etc drove me to the Raiders. Not that there's anything wrong with any of those reasons.
