Regardless. Making fun of a handicapped person isn't right. Most still fulfill an active part on the community. I've personally supervised 30+ handicapped people and tbh I like 90% of them. Sure some are ducks Cuz they've been treated like shit all their life. But most are either really happy with life just the way it is.

I would go out on a limb and say that 70% of the jsp users have someone related to them that's handicapped. And if you don't just wait 10 yrs and you will.
