He has a lot of medical issues. Knee and hip issues to be specific. A lot of teams removed him from their boards.

Why don't you want a LT? Beatty was one of the main reasons your O-line gave up 32 sacks.

Beatty was one of the best LT's in the game 2 years ago and he just got a big contract. It makes ZERO sense to draft a Tackle when we already have our future bookend's in Beatty/Pugh.

Beatty didn't just fall off a cliff. He said he was trying to hard to live up to the contract. I'm inclined to believe him but moreso because of what I saw the year prior.


I'm not worried about him. He's a talented kid. Maybe in 3 or 4 years we'll revisit this conversation but for now he's 29 and he shouldn't be a weakness for us next season.

How do you rank your needs? And I'm assuming Pugh is undoubtedly a RT now.

Yes, Pugh is the RT even though the annoying chirps from irrational fans wanting him to switch to guard because Beatty now sucks

I think Ebron is the right decision. The offense lacked a lot last year, and as much as you can blame it on the system, you've gotta take a look at the personnel as well. A great TE could give them a lot of punch and I think the defense is better than people give it credit for...their numbers got tanked due to the sheer number of Eliceptions.

Which of the LB positions did you need? I've heard all three could be upgraded, but want to know what you think. Also I heard Ravens' recently cut ILB Jameel McClain was visiting there.

I wish I could have a conversation with everyone about their team needs like this for when I attempt to do mock drafts.
