Whichever one smokes the most.

If I'd have to venture a guess, I'd pick Marqise Lee.

Gilbert's all around game might be better but from what I've read Dennard has a better chance of being a complete shut down corner. Gilbert bites on double moves, Dennard doesn't fall for them

I also heard that dennards completion % allowed was lower than Gilbert's across all the entire field but I'm pretty sure msu's defense had to something to do with that

Again, I don't ever watch college so this is just from comparisons I've read

Yeah, that's where I'd be worried. MSU had a beastly defense front that forced some hurried throws. Dennard, although I like him a lot, doesn't seem like the kind of athlete that Gilbert is. Dennard could be the next Richard Sherman though, wouldn't surprise me.

I also wouldn't question Det. making the hometown pick either.

The reason why MSU had such a great defense was because of Dennard. They literally put the corners on man to man islands and Dennard beat up the receivers while the quarterback was blitzed.

Having said that, this is a worst case scenario for us I believe. I REALLY want Mike Evans if not Watkins, and i REALLY do NOT want Marqise Lee. Ebron drops a lot of passes and looks like Pettigrew 2.0 to me. I don't like taking corners so early in the draft as rookie corners typically struggle adjusting. I dont think either of the safeties are all that phenomenal either.

I wouldn't mind a trade down here, but if we're stuck with this my pick would be Dennard #NoFlyZone
