I can easily see it being Watkins but the Wide Receiver depth this year is huge, So i voted for my fellow War eagle, Robinson

I don't really see any other option but either Watkins, one of the Tackles, or a trade down. Personally I think a trade back would be their best option. They could trade back a little farther in the top 10. Still get one of the top 3 Tackles and could still possibly get Evans at 13 if they wanted him.

If Watkins and Mack both fall to 10 I would honestly draft Mack

He's a do it all LB

Then take the best WR/CB/S available in the 2nd and 3rd
