I understand that Woodson has been around for quite awhile, but Porter is what in his 6th or 7th year? It's not like he just entered the league a week ago. He has put in his dues as well.

I agree 100% on the charity part. That's how most of those deals go. "Here you can have my number, but make out a $4,000 dollar check to this charity". Is exactly how it should have been handled and hopefully still will.

I was at a couple of his interviews when we had mini camp earlier this month in Alameda. Whenever asked about it he would be like "next question" and shit like that. And then during Woodson's interviews, he was like yeah, I really want it, I'll pay whatever. And then he made some comment about how Revis paid that other dude 50k for 24 and he was like I guess that's the starting price or some shit.


Woodson was very genuine and Porter was being a punk son of a bitch. I have no doubt Woodson offered him around, or at least 50k. If that's not enough for a fucking number, one you previously didn't even wear at that?!? Gtfo.
