He would have stayed in all of our books I believe but EVERYONE (and by everyone I mean those who have a boner for Pilot) was bitching about Chief being med still even though he's pretty much completely inactive. Saying he was only left because he was Pilot's friend.

So, was moved because of inactivity. I personally wouldn't have demoted a single med/trusted outside of Mike (inactivity) and Kevin (untrustworthy imo) or any actives. I didn't fully understand the purpose to downsizing. I mean, I understood why (Pilot and Rohan explained it fairly well) but I just didn't exactly agree with it fully.

Doesn't mean I think it's wrong, I just felt like it was more work than needed to be done. But just because we took people off doesn't mean they can't ever be put back on.
