Extort made a bet but didn't say confirmed, then welched on it. He sent back the FG saying it was never a bet after he had already lost the game.

basically it

extort took an uf bet (worth 5k) and said "gl" without "technically" confirming it... and then decided he didn't want the bet because he lost it, so he said he never "cd" the bet.

Other guy is pissed that he lost 5k fg because of technicalities.

Extort is technically not a welcher, but abused the system.
