10 team, I'd take the Gibbs trade.
12, qbs are a little more scarce so I'd probably roll with burrow/Lamar with that 10 point qb bonus.
10 team leagues you can just grab 2 other qbs and stream your 2nd starter.

Gibbs Barkley Allen is pretty crazy. He's right you'll probably be able to get a decent QB in the 2nd round.
I would counter buddy offering u Gibbs for 1st, offer to swap 2nd round picks and your 1st for Gibbs
Gives you an earlier shot at a good QB in 2nd round and you'll get absolutely elite RB
