The NFL is a business plain and simple.

Protect Mahomes at all cost because he's the only one keeping the NFL relevant with his "Pursuit of Brady's greatness". Winning 3 Superbowls in a row would be a GREAT thing for that story and the NFL long term because it becomes "Dethroning the dynasty" for the rest of the league and then the continued "Can Mahomes and the Chiefs do what Brady and the Pats did".

Do you see 15 yard flags getting called when Bryce Young on the Panthers is getting slammed to the ground like a rag-doll? No. Because the Panthers aren't relevant.

Do you see Taylor Swift 10 times every Chiefs game and her 1 billion followers like/share/comment and the NFL/Chiefs organization roll in dough? Yes.

Josh Allen has now surpassed Jackson/Burrow to be the "Han Solo" of this trilogy and dethrone Mahomes and his cronies. Josh Allen is a likeable PLAYER on a TEAM with a MASSIVE loyal fanbase that at one point in their history lost 3 superbowls in a row.

How could you not root for Josh Allen against the Chiefs after last years thriller? Is that the script?

How could after reading all that could you not see how the NFL uses SUBTLE pushes throughout the regular season to get the "PRIME-TIME-MATCHUPS" in the playoffs?

Are all players in all professional sports signing NDA's and just not admitting it's rigged in this way? Probably.

It was 4 straight superbowl losses

When I told people the Chiefs are a lock to make it to the Super Bowl again some of them just think oh sure because they’re so good that doesn’t prove it’s scripted. People will believe what they want to believe about sports, even if it becomes pretty blatant that it’s rigged

4 super bowls in a row
not 3

and yeah that NDA is probably part of the massive paychecks they get.
i am rooting for josh allen but i do realize the "mahomes dynasty" "better than brady" "3 in a row, wow, even brady didnt do that" "Taylor Swift and Kelce Show" is probably stronger story-wise.

yeah it'd be depressing but then you show them the videos with that NBA ref who admitted to rigging games with bad foul calls up through conference championships and he said he wasn't the only one...I believe him lol

Haha my bad guys ya it was 4! Too be fair the Cowboys/49ers were a tier above all AFC teams during those years so its not like the Bills sucked they just didn't have the raw talent.

I'm not saying by the way that the cheating/scripting happens "every game" but when the "opportunity" presents itself they'll seize it and the idea that they wouldn't or haven't gets to the level of "Are you a retard". For example in the NFL when we've all seen it guys 2 feet down and in bounds they say "He's out!" or vice versa. Some of the worst flags anyone could even fathom to imagine HAPPEN and even more so in clutch moments like playoffs and people really are dumb enough to go, "Oh it's just how the game went down" when in actuality the NFL as an "entity/organization" committed a CON on you. This is why people have tried to SUE the NFL when certain scenarios came up that were not explainable.

Imagine you were the dude who bet a MILLION dollars on that receiver and because the NFL said "no catch" even though any human being not blind can see his two feet down inbounds you are going to take legal action against the NFL because they are basically telling you you are blind or they are lying.

Now that sports gambling is so big they need ways to control the money and so scripting even a FEW losses in EVERY major sport would give "Vegas/Bookies/Teams" all the money in a year that they would need to cover. That is why I believe it's much more likely that only a small percentage of games/players would have to be manipulated to create exactly what we see today. Just enough "rigged calls" and "rigged games" to be like "Yah they do influence this subtly or directly somehow".

Even saying all that I still believe to a major extent that any atheltic event is next to impossible to know the outcome and thats why they allow us now to legally bet it, because your odds are still shit.

Its official.

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The ball that fell to the snowy field, instead of securely into Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews' hands, is a lingering memory of the Buffalo Bills' 27-25 divisional round win last Sunday.

In the wake of the game, Andrews received negative attention online, and Bills fans decided to show some support.

One Bills fan, Nicholas Howard, set up a GoFundMe to support Breakthrough T1D, a global Type 1 diabetes research and advocacy organization that Andrews has been connected to in the past. Andrews was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as a child.

More than $25,000 was raised from at least 1,000 donations as of Tuesday night, surpassing an original goal of at least $5,000.

"Breakthrough T1D [formerly JDRF] greatly appreciates the generosity of the Buffalo Bills community and the many fans who were compelled to donate after Sunday's game," the organization said in a statement to ESPN. "These donations will support research and advocacy on behalf of the 1.6 million Americans who, like Mark Andrews, live with type 1 diabetes."

Top donations to the GoFundMe included $200 from "Bills Mafia."

Andrews' drop came on a two-point conversion attempt that would have tied the game. But instead, a failed onside kick attempt by the Ravens followed and the Bills were able to kneel out the rest of the clock to earn a trip to the AFC Championship Game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday (6:30 p.m. EST, CBS).

One small step backward for the Ravens, one giant leap forward for Type 1 Diabetes research.

Donating money to good causes is great and all but the government should be fronting the bill for this type of shit just like they paid for Ukraine and many other countries aid. I’m also pretty certain they have cures for most things, it would just cost big pharma too much to not sell their drugs that keep you alive a little longer.
