I had also read that she not only lied about her age but had kind of bragged to a few of her friends how she had slept with multiple people that night at different points during the night.

I'm all for someone getting thrown in Gen pop for rape, but what seems to be more common than it should be, are women who may consent but regret it later and end up claiming rape. Imo if you falsely accuse someone of rape you should get the sentence the theoretical rapist would have gotten. That would probably cut down on a lot of these cases yet I doubt it would ever be implemented

People that latched onto this allegation with no evidence are the same ones now pivoting to the fact that she was 17 and he was a whopping 3 years older than her.

How the hell are people expecting a 20 year old in college to be able to tell the difference between a 17 year old and a 18 year old when the girl is telling everyone she's 18 and she's at a college party.

If a girl is 17 and a guy is 37 that's a conversation to have but both being around college age and she's telling people she's a few months older than she actually is....like thats a fucking stretch lol
