Nhl discipline. We want to make the sport safer but clear attempts to injure another player are not sanctionned properly

I think its the 4th time this year that one of our player is targeted with an obvious headshot and those players didnt get suspended

everyone starts somewhere, few more failure years could lead to quite a spiral
