I've been off this site for a while and now for some reason I can't even log in to my account even if I never changed my password???

I tried to recover my account but they wont help me at all kind of pissed.

Just started back to play some d2 classic useast if some are interested to lvl up with me or just toss me a few fgs so i could buy a few cheap starter items..It would be really appreciated!
