Realistically, opinions on him breaking Gretzky's goal record? 13 so far this year in like 15 games?

i can't remember from where ive seen or heard it but this summer he was talking about 2-3 more seasons and he's out....

im not sure he will beat it if thats true, but if he have 6-7 other good seasons it is very realistic for him to beat gretzky's goal record yes.

225 goals left for #1 spot, thats around 5x 45 ish goals seasons

I don’t think he will. Before the season started, he is 236 goals away from tying the record. If he does 45 goals each season, thats 5.25 seasons left to go.

I doubt he will go for another 6 seasons
