GDT = Game Day Topic (discussing daily games, events etc.)

To start the year I felt like posting a GDT to wrap up daily game discussion in one topic. Seems like it generated activity and was received fairly well, but there's the question of which option is more convenient to people.

We just want activity here during game days, but discussions tend to be, at best, spread out or non-existent due to people not having a game thread to post in or some discussions take place in bet topics and they dry out very fast.

So the question remains: do we want a daily roulette of thoughts in the GDT's or just one rolling mayhem?

Problem with the one thread GDT would be there wouldn't be any daily themed GDT for a big game.

Pro's for the one big thread is, well, less GDT topics out in the open, but then again there's not so much stuff daily anyhow.

You could, of course, search for specific game day threads easier if they were separate.

Depends on what people here want so cast a vote.

I like the idea of one long running gdt. Either one is fine though

I was going to suggest a running GDT for each team, but then realized that there would be two for every game. So that wouldnt really work.

With (at most) 20-30 users here during game days there's enough activity for either a daily GDT (for all games) or that running season long thread.

Team specific talk should be left to their respective team threads.

I think it would be a cluster fuck season long, when there can be 8+ games in one night. 6 people talking about 4 different games in one topic. I don't really give a shit, though. Do as you see fit.

also i didnt realize that lazyman was a desktop app now theres like no set up so easy
going to watch a lot of non flyers games on my old pc while i game now
