Happy to run salary cap pool but last year turn out was non-existant


I love this one, my fav but how can we simplify it?

Option 1)
Classic Salary cap pool,
Full Team
real cap
3 RFA


2)
one of each position
No RFA
20 m Cap

3)
Draft style
Create a point system everyone drafts 10 contracts under total $X
no repeat players this way

IDK spitball some ideas with me

1 is best but lots of work to do.
2 probably easiest and hopefully better turnout
3 seems complicated

I would go with #2 to hopefully get a good turnout
