Payouts are as follows:
The Stanley Cup Winner will receive 55% of the pot
The Stanley Cup Runner up will receive 25% of the pot
Each "bubble" team from both conferences will receive 5% of the pot, each (The teams that just missed the playoffs, "9th seed")
The last place team will win 10% of the pot
