get your forum gold, there are a few sites to check official odds, i'm not sure what they are, but most people know official odds.

make a thread "my xxteam_uwannabeton vs ur xxteam_uthinkwilllose" and how much fg ur willing to bet on it. once u find a participant that says "hey i will bet x fg vs ur x fg because ur team suck and my team good" and then u say some sort of confirming statement such as "confirmed", "sounds good", but to avoid all confusion, we normally just say "c'd" aka confirmed.

then ur bet is official. u can either just trust the other person to send if they lose (each party has 24 hours to pay, otherwise it turns into a scammer accusation), or you can use a mediator (there is a list posted of people that will mediate bets) and they will hold both parties' fg until the end of the game and send it out when they have a spare minute.
