Game Rules:
This is for who you think will win the Stanley Cup
If you are new, PLEASE read all of the rules
You can bet as much as you want. If the team you picked wins the game, you are guaranteed a profit. The amount of that profit depends on how much fg is placed on each team.
The odds will be calculated by taking the total amount bet on every team, and dividing it by the amount bet on your team
Example:
If there is a total of 1500fg placed on Philadelphia, 1000fg placed on Pittsburgh, 700fg on Detroit, and 300fg on Columbus then the odds will be 1.3:1 for the Flyers, 2:1 for Pittsburgh, 4:1 for Detroit, and 10.6:1 for Nashville
This would mean:
If you bet 100 on Philadelphia and they won, you would win a total of 230fg. 130fg profit plus your original 100.
If you bet 100 on Pittsburgh and they won, you would win a total of 300fg. 200fg profit plus your original 100.
If you bet 100 on Detroit and they won, you would win a total of 500fg. 400fg profit plus your original 100.
If you bet 100 on Columbus and they won, you would win a total of 1160fg. 1060fg profit plus your original 100.
Sending Rules:
Send your fg and pick in advance to me. It must state "Stanley Cup BO: TeamName" Make sure it has both Stanley Cup BO and your team name
You MUST place the team that you picked in the comment field. I can not stress this enough. I do not care who your favorite team is, or who you have in your sig/ava
This is to avoid any controversy. I have fg notifications turned off. I can not keep your pick, so this will show record of it.
DO NOT MAKE YOUR COMMENT MORE COMPLICATED THAN IT NEEDS TO BE
You can send more than once, and you can send for multiple teams.
All winnings will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
Also, do not send decimal amounts or any donations towards the pot
There are no refunds once fg is received.
If you are a welcher, you can't join. If you are paid back, please make sure your able to join before sending.
DO NOT POST YOUR PICK OR HOW MUCH YOU SENT HERE, OR ANYWHERE ELSE. If you do so, you will be disqualified and your fg will be a donation for the pot.
